Here is what you will receive from Urban Mail on every project.
1. Online Mail Piece Consultation
Scan or email your mail piece. We will advise you as to whether this falls under certain Canada Post specifications as well as suggesting ways of saving money on your mail piece. i.e. if you have a folded self-mailer going as admail you do not need to clipseal the mail piece.
2. Quality Data Files
We will run your data through duplicate elimination software, address correction and verification software, proper upper and lower case conversion software as well as LCP sortation software so you get the best postage rate available.
3. What You Will Receive by Email
You will receive the final inkjet ready data file. A pdf of the data dump file, so you can check your inkjetted data as you are printing the mail piece. A pdf of the container labels and a mailing plan upload .zip file to upload into Canada Posts Electronic Statement of Mailing program, or if you prefer we can do that for you as well and send you the ESOM pdf files.
4. Mail Piece Inkjet Approval
If you send us a scan of the inkjetted mail piece we will check the data integrity. We can also suggest ways of making the Canada Post required data fields less intrusive on the mail piece.

Variable laser Imaging or One to One Marketing
You have got the laser printers but running from Microsoft Word when you are running large quantities is taking way too long. We can help! We will do all your setups and positioning. All of your complex formating. Once your proofs have been approved by your client we will send you back a pdf file with all your pages. All you have to do is laser print them.
You won't have to wait for Microsoft Word to spool your documents to your server and you can print any page you want. You don't have to worry about complex page setup we can do anything you need.
